You should pick a leader who has enough material about them. Your analysis should be divided into five parts: 1. Background (2-3 pages) 2. Leadership successes (4-5 pages) 3. Leadership challenges/failures (4-5 pages) 4. Overall leadership effectiveness (4-5 pages) 5. References On the last day of class, those students who are live will give a brief 5 minute talk about their leader. Asynchronous students will record their talk on Zoom.
